Author George Anastasia follows the activities of homicide detective Marty Devlin as he investigated the 1994 Cherry Hill murder of businesswoman Carol Neulander. Devlin’s trail eventually led to Neulander’s husband, prominent South Jersey rabbi, Fred Neulander.
